Our company specializes in Solar Powered Water Pumps Kits that can be customer-installed by ranchers, farmers, offgrid-ers and homesteaders alike. The popular kits include a submersible pump that goes down the well, a controller, solar panels, and all the parts necessary to connect them together when in the field. We are passionate about getting more and more wells ‘off the grid’ powered by renewable energy, empowering and teaching customers how easy it is to DIY themselves.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, installation and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, text, chat app and email.
- Collaborate with customers and teammates to identify and resolve system-related concerns.
- Think creatively and out-of-the-box to help farmers and ranchers.
- Generate, update and manage tickets with customer information and thorough notes using CRM and ticket-based software.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Regularly update internal and external documents to accurately reflect system and equipment specifications.
- Maintain clear communication with teammates and customers.
- Perform other related duties as directed or assigned.
Experience:
- Strong problem-solving skills with a “yes” mentality.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing.
- Previous experience in a technical support role.
- Experience with DC power and electrical.
- Experience with modern cloud-based software.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing prompt and professional support.
- Knowledge or interest in agricultural operations a plus
