Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of developer support experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

- Comfortable working in a tech environment
- Experience working in a Linux environment
- Troubleshooting and debugging experience in technical systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred, but not required)
- This role is critical for the manual release of mobile shopping apps until full automation is completed by Q3 2025.
- Replacing an active contractor to ensure timely app releases.
- Release mobile shopping apps on iOS and Android
- Work with developer teams to test and approve releases
- Provide go/no-go decisions or coordinate issue resolution and further testing
- Create and get approval for release plans
- Upload apps to Apple and Google Play stores, ensuring accurate data entry (e.g., version numbers)
- End-to-end involvement in the app release process for both Apple and Google Play stores
- Hands-on experience in mobile app deployment
