BASIC PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining systems and processes to assess, monitor, and continuously improve Facility Integrity Management. This position will provide integrity engineering support for all offshore production facilities and their associated intrafield and export pipelines and equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure Assets can meet the desired life span without interruption to service and expand asset life span to meet overall objectives where necessary.
- Own and continually improve the integrity and inspection strategies and processes to ensure optimum balance between technical integrity, reliability, safety and cost without a sacrifice to facility life span requirements.
- Provide technical leadership for integrity management of surface production equipment, facility structure and subsea infrastructure to the Operations Team and foster effective relationships with the field operations teams.
- Provide technical input for preventative maintenance and risk-based inspection strategies of surface production equipment, facility structure, and subsea infrastructure to support the Companys initiative of continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain specific KPI's for the measurement of integrity performance across the GOM, reporting against these KPI's to provide clear visibility of the delivery and effectiveness of the Integrity Management Strategies.
- Develop, optimize, and support the implementation of predictive and preventive strategies for subsea equipment, fixed equipment, structures (hull and topsides), and pressure systems including development and management of condition based maintenance and fabric maintenance programs.
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing inspection protocols for topside and subsea and for vendor contractual agreements, across the GOM to reduce support cost to the company.
- Provision of regular asset integrity updates to the GOM Operations Leadership team.
- Technical authority for integrity related issues associated with offshore fix ed equipment, structures (hull and topsides), pressure systems and subsea equipment.
- Ability to use recognized tools; Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) in support of continuous improvement to achieve maximum facilities uptime at lowest unit cost.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors or higher qualified in Mechanical or Electrical or relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience in Asset Integrity Management role
- Strong technical knowledge of the inspection and maintenance requirements of surface production equipment, piping, hull and topsides structures, and subsea equipment, as it relates to facility integrity
- Must have a good knowledge of US Regulatory requirements (BSEE, SEMS, Classification Society rules, etc.) and experience in subsea and topsides inspection and Risk Based Inspection.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills and be able to communication with management, engineers, peers, contractors and regulatory personnel.
- Must have strong computer skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in stressful conditions and think clearly
- Ability to develop and maintain harmonious working relations with employees and contractors
- Ability to effectively work with large number of personnel performing operational functions
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.

PAY INFORMATION:
- Annual Salary Pay Range: $250k - $290k
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires manual dexterity to handle documents and operate office equipment such as printers, shredders, and computers. Also required is performing repetitive motions and extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking for varying lengths of time. The position requires interacting and communicating professionally with others via speaking, hearing, and writing; learning new tasks, processes, and concepts; thinking to solve problems; concentrating on required tasks; distinguishing color and depth perception; and reading data, figures, electronic and hard copy documents.
Visual and manual dexterity is extremely important for this position. The incumbent will be subject to performing sedentary to light work, exerting up to 10-20 pounds of force occasionally, or constantly lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects, reaching overhead for items, stooping, bending, and twisting while working. Other physical activities include the ability to utilize fingers to feel and grasp objects or work devices as needed and manual dexterity in the use of the hands, seeing, talking, hearing, performing repetitive motions, and standing for long periods of time.
The position requires walking or traversing over and across uneven terrain, accessing areas outdoors and on or around equipment, over or around obstacles or structures such as pipes, low rails, and walls, stooping or bending to reach certain locations, climbing stairs or ladders, and exposure to outside weather conditions.
The position requires facility inspections, which require wearing a respirator and personal protection equipment such as gloves, gas masks, suits, etc., with an average weight of 10-25 pounds.
