The Consumer Affairs Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality service to people who submit inquiries related to the company's food products, along with maintaining general office duteis.
Position Responsibilities/Essential Job Duties:
1. Provide high-quality service to consumers.
a) Communicate with consumers via the telephone, email/online to answer questions, respond to recipe requests or product usage questions, triage consumer complaints, etc.
b) Process consumer online orders accurately and on time.
2. Manage front-desk activities.
a) Answer incoming calls and provide responses or information appropriately; if needed, forward caller to appropriate staff person.
b) Greet visitors and maintain visitor logs (very low volume of visitors).
c) Administer proper paperwork for UPS shipments
3. Other duties as assigned and available.
a) Maintain filing systems.
b) Other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
