Our company is currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting the Office Manager with daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Permitting: applying, tracking, notifying manager of approvals/denials
- Knowledge of Windows and Excel- Knowledge of email/fax/copier machines- Good communication skills, interpersonal, verbal, written- Good customer service skills- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task- Organization is a must
- Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Assists in the efficient running of the office by performing various clerical duties including processing of incoming mail, filing, signing for packages, updating charts and calendars as directed by office manager - accurate and timely processing of permits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
