Job Summary:

Sai Technologies LLC is seeking two Grants Analysts to support the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Program in Nashville, TN. This role involves overseeing grant applications, contracts, inspections, and compliance with federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in grant administration, financial management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer LWCF program grants, including reviewing applications, processing contracts, and managing grant-related activities.
Utilize the Grant Management System (GMS) to track grant performance, compliance, and reporting.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure program funds are used appropriately.
Maintain compliance with federal deadlines and regulations related to conservation grants.
Work closely with local, state, and federal agencies to facilitate funding distribution and project execution.
Prepare and submit reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to federal grant guidelines.
Assist in developing policies and procedures to enhance grant administration processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Public Administration, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2 years of experience in grant management, financial analysis, or public administration.
Strong knowledge of federal grant regulations and compliance standards.
Proficiency in Grant Management Systems (GMS), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and financial reporting tools.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with various stakeholders.
