What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor Guest Services position at Saint Agnes Medical Center?
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Two (2) year college degree or equivalent is preferred.
2. Three (3) years of strong customer service or hospitality related experience is required. Healthcare experience is preferred.
3. Exceptional communication and liaison skills, in order to interact with patients, visitors and colleagues in a professional and helpful manner are required.
4. The ability to handle difficult situations in a customer-centric manner and utilize critical-thinking skills in real-time is required.
5. The ability to manage multiple priorities, multi-task, and work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team is required.
6. Excellent computer skills, as well as an interest in customer/guest relations is required and a basic understanding of medical terminology is preferred.
7. The ability to work a flexible schedule, as necessary, is required.
8. The ability to be a strong leader and motivate/inspire others is required.
9. The abilities to be detail-oriented and organized are required.
Pay Range: $26.04 - $39.06
