Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program (OTP)

 

Seeking: Clinical Supervisor - CADC II in Oregon required

 

Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 5 AM - 1:30 PM

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Masters degree 3 years of paid, full-time clinical experience, including experience in an OTP setting; OR
  • Bachelors degree 4 years of paid, full-time clinical experience, including experience in an OTP setting; OR
  • If no degree, 5 years of paid, full-time clinical experience, including experience in an OTP setting;

Our counseling team provides compassionate, high-quality counseling and therapy to patients that are seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. 

 

Your Job as a Clinical Supervisor:

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a clinical team in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) environment. You will maintain standards of professional counseling practice in accordance with clinic policies and procedures. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for directing care of patients, facilitating work flows, and serves as a resource for staff and providing team leadership.

 

Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Providing supervision of the clinical staff in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) recovery environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic and corporate policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring counselor’s compliance with productivity requirements and developing improvement plans when requirements are not met.
  • Making staff assignments and creating schedules; updating support staff when changes are made.
  • Conducting patient treatment plan reviews as needed.
  • Performing chart audits and communicates results of audits to staff.
  • Assisting with the recruitment, hiring and training of qualified clinical staff.
  • Involvement in crisis intervention and working as a liaison within community as needed.
  • Ensuring ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff.

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Master’s Degree in behavioral or related field and 3 years of paid, full-time clinical experience, including experience in an OTP setting; 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral or related field and 4 years of paid, full-time clinical experience, including experience in an OTP setting;
  • If no degree, 5 years of paid, full-time clinical experience, including experience in an OTP setting;
  • Degree must be from an accredited college or university.  

Required Experience:

  • Required: Minimum 2 years of direct experience in an AOD (alcohol & other drug) treatment, including experience in an OTP (opioid treatment program) setting required
  • Required: Minimum of one year professional experience in a clinical supervisory/lead role 
  • Highly prefer: Prior experience in a MAT (medication-assisted treatment) environment

Required Certifications:

  • Required: CADC II in Oregon (or higher)
