Position: Spa Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Manager

About Us

We are a prestigious and busy luxury spa located in a high-end resort, offering top-tier services to our VIP clientele. We seek a dedicated, client-oriented Spa Front Desk/Sales Manager professional with strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and ensure that every guests feels welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with guests, identifying and addressing their needs to ensure a positive experience.
  • Actively promote spa services and packages to support sales goals.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and inviting atmosphere for both guests and team members.
  • Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Efficiently manage incoming calls, offering courteous and helpful assistance.
  • Utilize computer skills for accurate record-keeping, appointment scheduling, and calendar management.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to improve communication and streamline daily operations.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, providing detailed information about spa services and amenities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English (required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent / Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Availability for part-time shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  • Previous experience in sales or receptionist roles, ideally in a spa, luxury, or hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing front desk operations, calls, and guest inquiries efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
  • Comfortable promoting spa products and services to guests in a natural, client-centered manner.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Part-time
  • Pay: Starting from $18.00 per hour, with commission potential.
  • Hours: 20-30 hours, as needed

Compensation Package

Schedule

  • 4-8-hour shifts, including day and evening shifts.
  • Weekend availability (Friday to Sunday required).
