When you join our Service & Warranty Team here at Sam's Furniture, you become family, where we care about you as well as our guests. We work as a team, answer phones, order replacement parts, schedule services, entering information, and managing credits all while building an atmosphere of positivity for ourselves and our guests.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to work Saturdays and most holidays
- Store Hours are 10 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Monday-Saturday) 12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. (Sundays)
- Engage with the customer with genuine and open conversations, making the service experience great for both customer and service team
- Be efficient with time and accurate when entering information
- Treat each interaction with customers and team members in a positive manner
- Be confident when ordering parts or scheduling services
- Direct customers to a positive resolution
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Detail-Oriented
Experience
- Furniture experience & knowledge is not required, but highly encouraged.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
