- Manage and process accounts receivable for skilled nursing facilities.
- Handle billing, collections, and reconciliation tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with facility staff and payors to ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims.
- Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other payor requirements.
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external payors, and residents’ families.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with AR software and systems commonly used in skilled nursing environments.
- Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid billing and reimbursement processes is a must.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
