We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and understand their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Market Research & Analysis

o Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industries, and potential customers.

o Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to develop strategies for expanding the company’s market presence.

· Lead Generation & Prospecting

o Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

o Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet the company's sales and revenue targets.

· Relationship Building

o Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

o Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions that align with the company’s products/services.

· Sales Strategy Development

o Develop and implement business development strategies to reach and exceed sales targets.

o Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development activities with overall company goals.

· Negotiation & Closing Deals

o Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with potential clients and partners.

o Close new business deals and foster long-term relationships for continued revenue growth.

· Collaboration & Reporting

o Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to project implementation.

o Track and report on business development activities, including lead generation, client interactions, and sales performance.
