Purpose
To be a single point of contact for an assigned Region's FAS VP and FAS Managers or the FAS MSS VP.
To resolve non-routine matters for an assigned Region or the MSS.

Dimensions
This person will coordinate with other Investment Services staff or other departments to resolve non-routine matters that arise within an assigned Region or the FAS MSS.
This person will be a training resource for an assigned Region or the FAS MSS.

Duties
Help resolve system and software issues with the input of Investment Operations.
Maintain open communications with assigned Region or MSS.
Provide targeted training for an assigned Region's or FAS MSS employees.
Resolve complaints with the input of Investment Compliance.
Approve trades.
Resolve trade errors with the input of Investment Compliance.
Provide requested reports to an assigned Region's FAS VP or managers or the FAS MSS VP.
Help find solutions to member circumstances involving investments, tax, insurance, trusts/estates.
Solicit ideas from an assigned Region's FAS Specialists for program improvements.
Perform customer satisfaction surveys.
Perform surveillance on electronic communications of licensed employees.
Perform surveys of members who closed accounts.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Must have four year degree, CCUE Certification and 5 consecutive years of full time SECU service, or Associate of Arts degree via the North Carolina College Transfer Program (NC-CTP) and 5 consecutive years of full time SECU service.
A high degree of skill in verbal and written communication.
Must be able to work independently and make critical decisions in a fast-paced work environment.
Must adhere to the work schedule and attendance policy established by manager.
Must be able to speak English fluently.
Must be able to cooperate and collaborate with co-workers.
Must be cordial in all interactions with members and co-workers

NC Life Insurance License required
Series 7 required
Series 66 / Series 63 and 65 / Series 63 and CFP designation required
Series 24 required
Must be able to lead and direct the work of others.
