We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to manage and nurture warm leads, ensuring a seamless client experience from initial inquiry through project completion. This role is the primary point of contact for clients as they move through different phases of building a storage facility, acting as a trusted advisor and liaison between internal divisions. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and passionate about guiding clients through complex projects with a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Nurturing & Client Onboarding
- Engage with inbound leads, building strong relationships through consultative sales techniques.
- Educate potential clients on the process of developing a storage facility, addressing concerns and providing tailored solutions based on needs.
- Qualify leads and assess their needs, ensuring alignment with company services
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the clients main point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Proactively communicate with clients, keeping them informed and engaged as they transition between company divisions (e.g., design, construction, operations).
- Anticipate client needs and offer solutions to ensure a smooth and successful project experience.
- Project Coordination & Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff between different phases of development.
- Track client progress and provide updates, ensuring they remain on schedule and expectations are met.
- Address any concerns or roadblocks, coordinating solutions with the appropriate departments.
Revenue Growth & Retention Support
- Drive client engagement to maintain retention and maximize satisfaction.
- Identify upselling opportunities and introduce additional services when beneficial to the clients success.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project milestones in the CRM system.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, or a related client-facing role (experience in real estate, construction, or storage industry a plus).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
