Customer Service Representative
Fast-paced semiconductor company is currently recruiting a full-time employee to join our Ronkonkoma, New York office as a customer service representative.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Handling customer rescheduling/expediting/engineering requests
- Order entry, data entry, and confirming delivery dates with customers.
- Coordinating with sales, materials, warehouse and engineering teams for shipping arrangements, facilitating of shipping/tracking details and processing engineering requests.
- Establish and maintain supportive relationships with customers.
- Follow and process multiple email threads and conclude pending issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
Job Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Great communicator and team player
- Strong computer skills with proficient skills in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to details, precision and result focused
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, a keen sense of urgency and ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities.
- 1-2 years customer service experience
