Seneca Resources is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our commercial properties.
In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance work orders according to schedule, execute tasks in a safe and professional manner, and maintain and repair plumbing systems, electrical components, and interior and exterior finishes of buildings. You will also operate scissor or boom lifts, and work from ladders to replace light bulbs and hang banners. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to read and interpret documents are essential for this position.
