Sales Development Representatives play a pivotal role in our organization by proactively identifying and cultivating new, high-quality sales leads and opportunities within specific market segments. As the front-line ambassadors of our company, SDRs establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, serving as their initial point of contact.
To excel in this role, SDRs consistently research key industry players within their designated market channels. They employ a multi-channel approach, utilizing email, phone, video, and social media outreach to engage potential leads effectively. Additionally, SDRs are responsible for evaluating incoming leads, determining which prospects are most qualified, and aligning them with the market channels best suited to their unique characteristics.
Collaboration is at the heart of our SDR team's success, as you'll work closely with experienced sales professionals. This partnership not only offers opportunities for growth but also fosters professional development within our organization.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Lead Generation (70%)
Location: Raleigh, NC- Hybrid
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Lead Generation (70%)
- Promoting and marketing Sensaria business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communication(s) to prospective clients
- Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a sales rep
- Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
- Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
- Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences
- Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research
- Meet or exceed assigned quota of a minimum of 40 calls / 30 emails per day
- Working together with leadership to grow and develop lead generation initiatives
- Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in Salesforce
- Sales Support (30%)
- Support the Sales Team with the samples process to existing and new customer opportunities
- Assist in tradeshow planning and support for all enterprise shows walking and exhibiting in
- Lead and be the central point of contact for ZoomInfo within the organization to research, identify and support new account conversion through sales channel(s) prospecting activities
- Maintain and develop best practices within CRM systems acting as catalyst for sales conversion opportunities with the B2B Enterprise Sales Team
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 year of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in B2B sales
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting executive level clientele.
- Highly self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
- Growth mindset, willing and able to adapt to change quickly.
- High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM applications preferred.
