What We Are Looking For:
Account Director
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to foster strong client relationships and oversee the development and execution of fully integrated marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
What You'll Be Doing:
•
Foster strong relationships with client teams and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the development and execution of marketing solutions.
•
Oversee projects, timelines, and resources across multiple accounts to ensure seamless delivery.
•
Collaborate closely with agency departments and partner agencies, including creative, production, strategy, and media teams, to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.
•
Manage a variety of marketing initiatives, including print, collateral, digital, social, and content marketing campaigns.
•
Provide accurate status reports, conference reports, and other necessary documents to clients.
•
Manage client budgets and billing processes on a monthly basis, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.
•
Partner with senior members of the Account team on both tactical and strategic account aspects, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
•
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
•
8-10 years of account management experience, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
•
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
•
Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments in a fast-paced environment.
•
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience mentoring account teams.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
•
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering client objectives.

Compensation:
For California residents only - the salary range for this role is $110,000-$135 ,000.
