Job Overview
ShareCare of Leelanau is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant (3 days/week) at our office in Suttons Bay. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and have experience with Microsoft Office and Google. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus but not required. Compassion and confidentiality are a must. This is a new position therefore flexibility and patience, along with a sense of humor, are recommended.

Duties
- Assist with programs and events
- Provide clerical support
- Schedule appointments
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Coordinate office supplies inventory, placing orders
