The Marketing Coordinator will assist with the planning, direction, and coordination ofmarketing initiatives to improve the credit union's competitive position,consistent with its mission. To Design, develop, and deliver marketingpromotions and programs through digital and traditional mediums to supportexpansion and growth of the credit union's initiatives.
Hours : This is a fulltime position (40 hours a week). Shifts for this role will generally fallbetween 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm, but may require occasional flexibility formarketing-related events.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring marketingcampaigns.
- Develop engaging content for email marketing, social media,website updates, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal team to create promotionalmaterial that align with our brand, goals and compliance requirements.
- Plan and promote credit union events such as communityoutreach, member appreciation days, and financial literacy.
- Coordinate outreach programs, sponsorships, and communityevents to build strong relationships with members and local organizations.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns to drivemember acquisitions, retention, and product adoption.
- Manage the credit union's website and digital presence,ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned with SEO best practice.
- Support business development initiatives and events.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and ensuremarketing materials comply with financial advertisement standards.
- Assist with financial literacy initiatives and communityoutreach.
