Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter with experience in recruiting for technical and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates in a variety of functions, including software engineering, IT, and operations. This individual will play a key role in driving talent acquisition efforts, developing strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring the successful recruitment of top-tier talent for a diverse set of roles.
Hire Type: Contract-to-permanent position
Locations: We are considering candidates local to our Tampa, FL and Center Valley, PA.
On-Site Requirement: 4 days on-site required - no exceptions. Rest assured, all of our locations are modern, state-of-the-art with plenty of on-site perks!
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
- Sourcing and Networking: Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking, social media, and employee referrals, to attract passive and active candidates.
- Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and team leads to define technical hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates, providing timely feedback, and fostering a positive and inclusive interview process.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and technical talent landscapes to inform recruitment strategies and improve hiring processes.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to ensure efficiency, quality of hire, and alignment with organizational goals.
- KPIs: Maintain excellent performance by meeting KPIs, such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and candidate/hiring manager satisfaction rates.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced environments such as startups, tech companies, or agencies. Technical recruiting experience is a must.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
- Technical Recruiting: Strong understanding of the technical hiring landscape, including knowledge of key engineering roles such as software developers, quality assurance engineers, etc.
- Sourcing Mastery: Proven ability to use advanced sourcing techniques to identify top-tier candidates, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, StackOverflow, and other niche platforms.
- Interviewing Skills: Expertise in interviewing, including conducting competency-based interviews and technical assessments.
- Tools & Technology: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, iCIMS, or Workday, as well as HR tech tools for candidate screening and assessment. Experience with Greenhouse preferred, but not required.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to manage competing priorities and challenges, adapting quickly to changing hiring needs.
