What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Administrator/Receptionist position at Shiver Megert & Associates?
This is a part-time hourly position, approximately twenty-eight hours per week, with no benefits.
Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Shiver Megert & Associates is seeking a team oriented, self-motivated, hardworking, and friendly individual for front office duties.
Job Duties:
· Assistant to Executive Administrator
· Answer phone, direct calls, take messages
· Greet clients
· File all project correspondence, faxes, documents, etc.
· Make coffee, clean coffee pot daily, put away coffee pot and dry dishes
· Maintain copy and printers, keep stocked with paper, assist coworkers with printing as necessary
· Run errands when requested
· Clean and maintain break room, help keep inventory of supplies
· Receive, sort, cancel, and deliver mail to office members
· Make new job folders, box old job folders to be sent to storage, retrieve old files when requested, maintain office storage and storage logs
· Assist team members as needed
· Track birthdays, purchase or create cards for occasions, order breakfast, decorates office for events
· Respond to submitted proposals
Software (Preferred):
· Microsoft – Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher
· Adobe Acrobat Pro
· Photoshop
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma
· Some general office experience
· Graphic skill and creativity a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
