Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator assists with all areas of on-campus recruiting program. Also assists with management of the summer associate program and has active involvement in lateral associate recruiting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility for coordinating follow-up with candidates
- Assigns and tracks follow-up with candidates with offers
- Coordinates recruiting special events
- Schedules callback interviews
- Assists with law school presentations and programs
- Coordinates summer events - calendar and budget
- Coordinates follow-up with summer associates
- Develops recruiting materials and brochures
- Assists with website enhancement for recruiting purposes (extranet), including collaboration with web editors to update internal and external recruiting websites
- Assists with surveys
- Attends and participates in conferences as needed
- Inputs data into and maintains Recruits database
- Tracks applicant data
- Maintains summer associate files and paperwork
- Processes recruiting expenses as needed
- Monitors Summer Associate work projects and assignments
- Coordinates Summer Associate training and orientation
- Coordinates arrival of Summer Associates including practice group assignments, office assignments, arrival and departure dates and mentors/supervising attorneys

Target Salary Range
$82,000 - $99,000 if located in CaliforniaQualifications

Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of recruiting experience in a law firm environment or Equivalent education and work experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel
- Prior experience with database management
