Job Title: Signal Marine Sales Administrator Department: Signal Marine
Job Summary:
The Signal Marine Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the Signal Marine sales team by managing account activations and handling administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and enabling the sales team to focus on building customer relationships. They are also responsible for meeting company standards for productivity, product knowledge, resourcefulness, and being solution driven.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Duties and Responsibilities:.
- Assist with account activations by managing the necessary processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Handle administrative tasks and responsibilities that support the sales team, allowing them to focus on core sales activities.
- Work within required systems and supplier portals to process orders, track progress, and update account information.
- Follow established procedures to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and service providers, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Provide administrative support for prospecting, planning, and production needs, including both commercial and residential projects.
- Organize and maintain department files, paperwork, and other documentation to ensure easy access and future reference.
- Create and distribute reports to monitor account activation progress and overall performance; handle confidential data with discretion.
- Assist in project management tasks such as tracking deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Attend and actively participate in department and company meetings, providing updates and feedback as needed.
