Reporting to the corporation's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, theVice Presidentof Investor Relations will oversee the strategic planning, development, coordination and execution of all investor relations programs and events with the objective of ensuring a consistent and compelling corporate investment case is presented to analysts, institutional investors, and shareholders.
This key role includes engaging on a regular basis with shareholders and the general financial community to ensure the value of the corporation's stock is maximized.

Lead efforts to identify, cultivate and grow relationships with investors

Understand a diverse group of investors' overall objectives leveraging knowledge to tailor investor relations strategy

Prepare cohesive and compelling investor presentations

Draft press release earnings announcements, conference call scripts and Q&A's

Facilitate and participate in meetings at investor conferences, non-deal roadshows and trade events

Respond to investor inquiries and analyst calls

Develop shareholder targeting analytics and implement plan for engaging shareholders

Analyze earnings results, quarterly conference calls and SEC filings of peers and update management regularly regarding same

Participate in the development of annual report and support 10K filings

Bachelor's degree required preferably in finance, accounting or economics

MBA preferred

Minimum 15 years' experience preferably in a publicly held technology company

Semiconductor industry experience preferred

Excellent presentation skills (including Board level and externally facing)

Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering communications in written, web and other mediums to a multi-location and multi-cultural audience

Exceptional analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills

Ability to generate clear, concise and compelling written material for a variety of audiences (e.g., investors, analysts and board of directors)

Proven relationship management skills including networking, influencing, collaborating and trust building

Ability to travel as needed, up to 25%

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$206,500 -$414,000per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock. These incentives and awards are based on individual and/or company performance.
