What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Small Animal Surgical Services?
Small Animal Surgical Services (SASS) is a mobile veterinary practice located in Maine that offers our surgical services at your home veterinary clinic. We are a busy practice and are in need of additional help providing top notch services to pet owners in Maine. We are seeking an administrative assistant to help answer phone calls, emails and to perform scheduling. Additional clerical tasks will also be needed. On the job training will be provided. The ideal candidate should have a positive nature and enjoy working with a fun team! While our services are taken seriously, having fun at work is critical to job satisfaction, and we strive for that environment! Work hours will be Monday to Thursday from 9a to 3p. Some scheduling adjustment may be an option. Starting pay will be $17/hr and will increase based on skill set and the ability to offer additional skills as the role evolves.
