Responsibilities:
· Collaborate closely with the manager to oversee day-to-day operations and streamline processes for efficiency.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
· Conduct thorough chargeback and deduction reviews to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
· Partner with the Sales team to develop and implement annual promotional strategies, contributing to our growth and market presence.
· Manage the documentation process for new vendor and customer relationships, utilizing email communication and designated portals.
· Maintain compliance documentation, including organic, kosher, and FDA requirements, to uphold industry standards.
· Engage with key accounts to build and strengthen relationships, representing the company with professionalism and discretion.
· Collaborate with the research and development team based on customer needs
· Represent the company at trade shows, showcasing our products and networking within the industry.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
· 2 years of experience in administrative sales roles, preferably within the food or beverage industry.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
· Previous exposure to top US food retailers is advantageous.
· Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
· Strong team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
