Tax Scheduler / Office Assistant duties and responsibilities:
Office Assistant/Tax Scheduler:
- Take incoming calls from clients to set up tax preparation appointments and maintain all calendars
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures regarding information handling
- Create/Follow/Maintain organization to ensure that all tax appointments completed, filed, saved and all records are in place.
- Maintain Redtail Database
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and the ability to multi task is required. This is a part time temporary position, but could become a part time year round position.
Hours: Saturday 9-6; varied flexible schedule M-F
