Smoky Hill, LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time office assistant / accounting clerk. The office assistant would be responsible for caring for day-to-day duties as well as accounting duties which include accounts payable & other bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications:
- 2 years in general office/accounting experience
- Basic understanding of accounts payable & accounting functions
- Fast learner: a strategic thinker and a good listener and applies them to learning quickly
- Multi-tasking and time management skills
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong computer skills, including excel
- Good written & verbal communication skills with employees and managers
- Bilingual is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounts payable
- Help with payroll
- Help with other bookkeeping tasks
- Communicate with vendors
- Various other office tasks
