What are the responsibilities and job description for the NC3 Enterprise Center Systems Certification Technical Support position at Software Engineering Services?
Providing technical support and expertise on Integrated Tactical Warning/ Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) system, Theater Event System (TES), Shared Early Warning System (SEWS), Space Domain Awareness (SDA) system and Nuclear Command and Control (NC2) system. Duties include technical interchange meeting participation and attendance, system test observation, data analysis, technical document review, drafting technical reports, make recommendations on program or system issues to NEC government Certification Action Officer (AO), provide input to the AO on certification process and documentation, maintain communications with other programs, multiple organizations and agencies to assist the AO in a technical support role. Additional roles involve test participant coordination, execution, data analysis and reporting for large scale test activities on ITW/AA, TES, SEWS, SDA and NC2 systems.
Travel: 10%
Clearance: TS eligibility for SCI and NC2
Contractual Skills Requirements:
Shall have experience in computer science, engineering, space systems management, communications, mathematics, physical sciences, physics, space operations, systems engineering, engineering management, systems management, systems analysis OR equivalent experience with studies in related fields, including strategic studies. Shall have experience in testing, analyzing, planning, operations, analytical studies, or systems development related to military space programs, simulations and systems. Shall each have 3 years or more experience for junior level or 10 years or more for senior level in any combination of years with ITW/AA, TES, SDA or NC3 systems.
