About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team and support our employees across various HR functions. As a key member of our People team, the HR Generalist will be responsible for HR operational tasks and compliance, while contributing to strategic HR as we continue to scale. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who wants to hone and grow their HR skills and experience, thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, and is passionate about building a positive workplace culture.
\n- Payroll Administration: Oversee and manage the timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Performance and Talent Management: Enhance and implement performance review processes, tracking goals, and supporting employee development initiatives.
- Training & Development: Support the implementation of training programs, workshops, and career development initiatives.
- Special Projects: Participate in or lead special HR or talent acquisition projects, as needed.
- 1 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a growing company or fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with an HRIS platform and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus.
