POSITION SUMMARY
Under general supervision, provides direct technical, analytical, research and administrative support to the Human Resources Department staff, internal and external customers.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- High school graduate required with two years’ general office experience.
- Associate Degree preferred.
- Computer literacy required.
- Must be effective in written and oral communication.
- Has ability to be flexible in working habits.
- Adapt/recognize priorities as necessary.
- Works effectively with others, possessing tact and discretion and demonstrates high level of confidentiality in all matters.
- Competent in navigation and use of Social Media platforms, digital and print content.
Substantial sitting, standing, stooping, bending, lifting (not to exceed 25 lbs.) and pushing objects. At times may be subject to high levels of stress. Requires considerable mental effort and logical thought processing.
