The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, previous experience in the automotive industry, excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills. Candidates must be self-motivated and a willingness to continuously filter our customer's automotive service needs on an ongoing basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prompt and courteous, enthusiastic personalities
- Must have strong computer skills / written and verbal communication
- Answer incoming calls as well as contact customers for follow-up on appointments
- Respond quickly to all service inquiries while providing customers with exemplary service
- Assist customers with scheduling all necessary appointments based on both preference and availability
- Follow up with scheduled appointments within our service department
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Verifiable sales performance (any industry)
- Demonstrate strong computer/internet, telephone, and in-person professionalism
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
- Outgoing personality and willing to work with the public on a daily basis
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
