We are a leading full-service Façade Specialty Contractor. Our company has experienced strong growth, and we are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to add to our Accounting and Administrative Team at our corporate office located in Suwanee, GA.
Qualifications
- The candidate should be someone that has effective verbal and written communication skills, is organized and multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Power Point, Word and basic office equipment.
- Excellent people skills and ability to motivate and influence others with diplomacy and tack in a diverse environment.
- Exercises good judgment and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, multitask, strong attention to details and prioritize, with little or no supervision.
- Ability to oversee confidential information with discretion and have strong work ethic.
- Regular, reliable, punctual attendance.
- Must have a High School Diploma or Post-Secondary Education with a minimum experience of 5 years of administrative and receptions duties.
Responsibilities
- Oversees a multi-line switchboard including but not limited to voicemails, messages, monitoring, maintaining savance in/out board and setting up phone lines for new employees.
- Manages travel including, negotiating rates for hotels and apartment stays, booking airline flights and rental cars.
- Open and distribute mail including preparing outgoing mail.
- Arrange courier pickup/drop offs (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). Including preparing packages for shipping.
- Oversees ordering and organizing supplies for office/breakroom.
- Communicate with companies for office equipment including but not limited to copy machines, fire extinguisher services, breakroom equipment etc.
- Maintain business cards and tap tags. This includes contacting vendors for all business products.
- Organize company functions including but not limited to catering of various meetings and employee gatherings.
- Ordering, negotiating prices and distributing company apparel to employees in the office and field including shirts, vest, jackets and hard hats.
- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
- Provides general clerical duties for management including photocopying, and faxing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Location: In person 8:00am-5:00pm.
