Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and aspiring individuals who are interested in becoming real estate agents to join our team as Real Estate Facilitators. In this role, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge while working towards obtaining your real estate license. We provide comprehensive bilingual pre-licensing education, and upon licensure, you will be entitled to superb training and competitive commission splits.
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed agents with various tasks, including property showings and open houses.
- Support clients by providing information and answering inquiries.
- Help prepare legal documents and contracts under the supervision of licensed agents.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your real estate knowledge.
