Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition : Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- New Hire Integration : Design and deliver onboarding programs for new employees.
- Employee Relations : Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and cultivate a positive work environment.
- Performance Management : Conduct performance reviews, establish goals, and provide employee feedback.
- Learning & Development : Assess training needs, develop and deliver training programs, and support career growth.
- Benefits Administration : Manage employee benefits enrollment, answer inquiries, and process changes.
- Compliance : Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Payroll Support : Assist with payroll processing and data entry.
- Internal Communications : Develop and distribute internal communications to employees.
- Employee Engagement : Implement programs to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
