Compensation: $6,000/month base performance-based quarterly and annual bonuses (Total potential $150,000 )

Overview:
We’re seeking a results-driven VP of Franchise Development to lead our growing franchise expansion efforts. This role is key to awarding 2–3 new franchises per month and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the franchise development strategy
• Oversee the Franchise Development Manager and Lead Qualifier
• Manage the full franchise sales process from lead to close
• Ensure consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
• Collaborate with executive leadership to hit growth targets
Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in franchise development
• Experience with technology and CRM systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Ability to manage a team and scale systems

Compensation:

• $6,000/month base
• Quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance
• Opportunity to earn $150,000 annually based on results
