Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Support Technician at Spectracomm. The role involves providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting issues, supporting printers, and performing computer repairs. While the role is based in Stamford, CT, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Desktop Computers and network Support skills
- Experience with servers and Wi-Fi a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of network infrastructures (WANs, LANs, WLAN)
- Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
