We are seeking a motivated and hard-working Part-Time Help Desk/IT person!
Who we are:
We are a speech therapy company with 25 locations in California. We are helping kids from ages 0-18 with their speech therapy needs
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Help setting up and installing computers for our employees
- Setting up router/internet connections in all our offices
- Installing software and helping fix computer and connection issues
- Provide remote desktop support
- Familiar with office 365 suit
- Familiar with helpdesk
- A good understanding of PC hardware
- Ability to learn and continue learning new systems
- Provide IT support to both on-site and remote staff
- Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with laptops, printers, and other systems or devices as needed
- Manage cyber security
This position is hybird, with frequent travel. You will be expected to visit different offices if there is a need.
