We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our vibrant, multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with developmental delays, focusing on areas such as speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and cognition.

GENERAL ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 2 years of experience is preferred but not required
- Opportunities for supervising up to 2 SLP-As with commission/bonus pay and caseload reduction
- Assess, diagnose, and treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective individualized treatment plans
- Develop home programs and provide parent education/coaching
- Collaborate with a holistic team: OT, ST, PT, ABA, PYSCH, and parents/caregivers
- Quarterly Bonus and Commission Pay

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PEDIATRIC SLP
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- State of North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS.
- Excellent Communication skills
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s License, NC/National Background check, Reference Checks
