SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP): This position provides evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with developmental delays in areas that impact speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and cognition. Speech Tactics provides a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team of therapists. We provide clinic-based therapy services in our beautiful facility, daycare services, and school-based services. Role Responsibilities:
- At least 2 years of experience preferred, but not required
- Opportunities for supervision- up to 2 SLP-As
- Assess, diagnose, and treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective individualized treatment plans
- Develop home programs and provide parent education/coaching
- Collaborate with an OT, ST, PT, ABA, PYSCH, and parents/caregivers
- Quarterly Bonus Structures and Commission Pay
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PEDIATRIC SLP
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- State of North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS.
- Excellent Communication skills
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
