Sr. Financial & Strategy Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Financial and Strategy Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, developing strategic insights, and providing recommendations to drive business performance and inform key decision-making.

• Analyze complex financial data and develop financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various business initiatives and projects
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management
• Provide actionable insights to support investment decisions and strategic planning
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
• Perform variance analysis and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
• Assist in developing and implementing long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial and operational performance
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes
• Provide financial guidance and support to project teams as needed
• Analyze competitor strategies, product offerings, and market positioning
• Analyze macroeconomic trends and their potential impact on the business

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 3 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or related roles
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business operations
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize complex data and present findings clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
