- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a highly professional business environment
- 4 years of Recruiting experience Recruiting for Technology profiles and preferably for Software Engineering at multiple levels
- The Tech Recruiter will have a proven track record of being scrappy and able to fulfill the searches in a timely manner;
- They will have highly developed conceptual skills - able to synthesize information quickly, understand various industries and functions, and be able to present material in an organized, concise, and clear manner;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize projects and deliverables;
- Experience managing a demanding workload, balancing multiple tasks, and switching gears while maintaining priorities;
- The ability/agility to work with a number of constituencies on simultaneous projects;
