- Reception and switchboard responsibilities

- Support services to: Executive Administrative Staff, Program Administrators, Treatment Staff

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
Education/Training
- High School Diploma/GED
- Certification in Administrative Assistant/Secretarial, preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license, preferred
Experience/Skill
- Two (2) years proven experience as an Administrative Asst., Virtual Asst. or Office Admin.
- Excellent oral and written communication, bi-lingual, preferred
- IT Literate Proficient in MAC, MS Office (Excel and PP)
- Working knowledge of office equipment (fax, scanner, copier, etc.)
- Requires lifting 25lbs, in an emergency 50lbs.
Work Requirements
- Flexible work hours, scheduled 32-40 hours per week
- Schedule will include alternating weekends and/or holidays
- Professional attire required
- Professional demeanor
Administrative Assistant Accountability:
The Administrative Assistant will report to the Adminstrative Supervisor
Salary : $30,900 - $39,100
