Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Development Manager. The Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing fundraising activities, developing and implementing donor strategies, managing donor relationships, and organizing special events. Additional responsibilities include grant writing, reporting, and ensuring transparency and accountability in all fundraising efforts. The role is based in Boulder City, NV, with some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations experience
- Proven ability to organize and execute special events
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using fundraising software and tools
