What are the responsibilities and job description for the Casual Life Enrichment Assistant position at St. Paul Elder Services, Inc?
What will you get to do as a casual Life Enrichment Assistant at St. Paul Elder Services?
· Enhance our Community Services Team by helping casually in all areas including Memory Connections, Memory Reflections, Club Gabriel, and St. Paul at Home.
· Facilitate a variety of engagement programs for individuals living with dementia in a home and community-based setting. These programs will meet their physical, psycho-social, cognitive and spiritual well-being.
· Assist community members in their home with light housekeeping, activities of daily living, and/or engagement opportunities.
· Complete daily attendance, update individual services plans as needed, and inform any changes in participants conditions to Community Outreach Coordinator and/or families.
· Serve noon meal and snacks, maintain the cleanliness and safety of the Memory Care Resource Center and Club Gabriel.
· Adapt programs as needed based on interests and abilities of the participants.
· Develop and maintain positive rapport with staff, participants, and their families
· Coordinate with volunteers as needed to schedule and develop enriching programming.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
