Group of growing small businesses seeking an HR Coordinator. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
This group of three separate companies employs a talented group of people to perform construction and manufacturing activities. We are looking for a positive, energetic candidate who can:
- Lead effort to create employee standards and procedures and compile in an Employee Handbook.
- Maintain and administer employee benefit programs including compensation, health insurance, vacation and retirement benefits.
- Process in house payroll. Ensure all payroll liabilities are paid on time.
- Lead recruitment efforts and onboarding of new employees.
- Formalize safety programs and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years in human resources or employee management.
- Exceptional communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with employee and company information.
- Natural tendency to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
- Experience with a strong safety culture.
This position is for Part Time Employment. The hours will be flexible dependent upon work load.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
