In this role, you are responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Office of Facilities, Safety, and Risk Management (OFSRM), and other managers within the OFSRM. Specific duties include:
The starting pay is $21.23 per hour, plus excellent benefits. A 12-month probationary period is required.
Pay for current or former state employees will be set based on the rules that apply to compensation for the applicable transaction. This position is classified as an Operations Program Associate and is in pay schedule and range 02/11.

Position Summary
Duties
In this role, you are responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Office of Facilities, Safety, and Risk Management (OFSRM), and other managers within the OFSRM. Specific duties include:
- Answering questions and providing information via telephone, correspondence, or face to face interaction.
- Composing correspondence, ensuring the proper handling and maintaining of files of program-related data, setting up schedules, and performing any related administrative support functions necessary to the operation of the programs within OFSRM.
- Managing the 1 W Wilson e-mail box and submitting workorders as needed.
- Assisting as a backup when needed to the Division Administrator’s Office.
- Serving as an Authorized Submitter as well as the primary OFSRM Web technician working closely with the DES Communications Manager.

- Experience providing customer service to internal and external partners (e.g., responding to inquiries, explaining policies and procedures, resolving issues, etc.) by phone, email, and/or in person.
- Experience providing administrative support (e.g., preparing reports or correspondence, responding to emails, coordinating or scheduling applicant interviews, etc.) using computer software programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook).
- Experience working with state of Wisconsin purchase order system (STAR Finance) and Purchasing card (P-card) usage.
- Training or experience working with web programming design and methods.
