What you will do
- Be the voice of Dragonfly Health – You will handle a wide range of calls (inbound and outbound) that include order and delivery of equipment, scheduling, pick-up, maintenance or changes in service.
- Provide Expert Assistance – Acts as a liaison between patients/care-givers, business clients, drivers and operations.
- Promote Health and Wellness – Help guide our patients through their healthcare journey, offering resources and information to ensure that they get the very best care.
- Document Interactions – Keep accurate records of customer communications, ensuring all details are logged and tracked for follow-up or reporting purposes.
What we look for
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal skills – ability to handle each call with professionalism even in a high stress situation.
- Flexible schedule – The ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation is a must
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) would be a plus but is not required.
- Ability to operate in a high volume, fast paced work environment with adherence to established metrics.
- Requires reliable internet connectivity and not a mobile hotspot.
- Experience operating in a similar remote capacity preferred.

Experience
Required- At least 6-months experience in which incumbents regularly interface with customers is essential.
- One year of call center experience or working in a medical environment
Education
Required- High School or better
Skills
Required- Working knowledge of a PC
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
- Various internal customer service software
Salary : $18
