Qualifications

• Proven experience in waterproofing, foundation maintenance, repair, and installation
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with tools and equipment used in waterproofing and drainage work
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Whether it's basement waterproofing, foundation repair, or drainage solutions, we provide trusted solutions that homeowners can depend on
• This role involves hands-on work on projects with the crew members, problem-solving, and ensuring that all systems function effectively to protect properties from water damage
• Inspection and Diagnosis:
• Assist in the ongoing technical training of drainage issues to the field teams
• Repair and Maintenance:
• Repair and maintain drainage systems, including replacing damaged components
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations
• Installation:
• Install new waterproofing systems, foundation repairs, and drainage systems according to specifications and best practices
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure installations are completed efficiently and correctly
• Test and inspect systems post-installation to ensure proper functionality
• Assist in assessing reasons for any recall issues that may arise
• Communicate effectively with all depts to explain issues, proposed solutions, and preventative measures
• Ability to problem solve and understand complex piping and drainage scenarios and consult on specific jobs while in progress
• Assisting the drain service teams in troubleshooting and additional help when needed
• Assist in training new technicians and field staff
• Health and Safety:
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to protect yourself and others on the job site
• Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure safe operation of tools and equipment
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and installations on a tablet
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and company records
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Suggest improvements to processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
